Brian T. Scher received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, Cum Laude, in 1990. He began his practice in the Palm Beach area, becoming a partner in a highly regarded firm where he continued to practice until 2003 when he started his own firm. Mr. Scher focuses on personal injury matters and has handled thousands of cases earning multi-million dollar awards for his clients.

Ms. Rauth began her legal career in 2006 as a Paralegal with our law firm. While working as a Paralegal, she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing & Advertising from Florida Atlantic University in 2012 and then went on to graduate with a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 2015. Her extensive personal injury knowledge, years of experience, and compassion for injured victims, make her a great addition to the Scher & Meltzer team.
